Youen Jacob takes position as your host while personally overlooking the service for guests on the Restaurant floor and in the kitchen.

 

Part of the famous reputation Chez Youen restaurant has acquired, is a direct result of the unique hospitality and manner in which Youen Jacob welcomes his guests.

Youen also frequents the kitchen to keep an eye on proceedings and to cook some of his favorite dishes.

The Kitchen is kept running like a finally tuned machine by head chef Sean O'Sullivan.Sean was born in England ... but was destined to return to Baltimore as his Grandmother is from local Sherkin Island and his Grandfather is from Baltimore.

Sean who has worked extensively abroad and in Ireland, has been with Chez Youen now for the past four years and now holds the position of Head Chef.

All of the staff at Chez Youen will insure that your meal and visit will be a most pleasant and memorable one.
