We have a mixed bag of staff from all over the world, Baltimore, Barcelona, Dublin, Paris, Milan, to name but a few.

As you listens to the different accents and languages been spoken between the kitchen and the restaurant floor staff, you could be forgiven for thinking you where eating in a different parts of the world every few minutes.
If your visiting from abroad the chances are that one of our staff will speak your native language fluently.
Although we have we do encourage visitors to speak English while visiting...... as the saying goes ..... "when in Rome " !
